The Konstancin Park investment is an architectural project of a house for four families, prepared by Bogdan Kulczyński’s team in 2008, and completed two years later.
The building consists of four luxurious, two-level apartments, approx. 130 m2 each.
One of them became the subject of our project.
In the framework of extraordinary beauty, modern architecture, we have put interiors that combine industrial style with an English flair with a hint of beach house atmosphere. This combination was quite an adventure, a challenge and fun at the same time.
A variety of materials, raw wood, metal, dark, deep colors, heavy velvet fabrics are the main themes of the project. The paneling and Victorian patterns on the wallpaper added an English atmosphere. The accessories in the form of patchwork tiles bring to mind Portuguese azulejos.
Does it all have a chance to coexist in one interior? Judge for yourself.
